First Meeting (Prior to booking)

I want you to be happy, this is your big day and if you feel that you haven’t chosen the right person to capture then you are not going to be able to relax. This I why I meet with every couple so we can get to know each other a little bit, we can talk about your plans and we can discuss exactly what wedding package suits you best.

You want a photographer that knows it’s all about the dress but also knows that every little detail counts. From the cars to the canapés, from the flowers to the favours you need to be safe in the knowledge that your photographer appreciates the time, effort and love you have put into making your day unique.

Engagement Shoot

Once you have booked Hot Coffee Photography for your wedding we will arrange some time in the diary to do your engagement shoot.

This is your chance to get comfortable on front of the camera in a 45 minute portrait shoot session which we will do either at home or at a local beauty spot. After the shoot you will get a complementary print.

Pre Wedding Meeting

This is when we finalise the details of the big day and it gives us the opportunity to meet at the venue and get a feel for what shots will work the best. We can also discuss the order of service, essential family shots, the dress, the flowers and anything else that you feel is going to be important on the day.
