Weddings
My name is Allan Vincent and my philosophy when it comes to taking photographs is “It’s All About You”
Whether it’s your wedding, your new baby, your new look or your corporate event I promise that it will be All About You
Now, not everyone likes having their photo taken and you may feel the same, but I will make sure that you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera. When you’re relaxed, I am relaxed and the images that I capture will be stunning.
“Allan, thank you! You truly have a gift for bringing out the natural essence of people” - Jason
This is your big day, you’ve spent ages planning it, you’ve worked hard to make it perfect and you want to make sure that all of the magical moments are captured forever. When you are relaxed in front of the camera everyone will see how much you are enjoying your day as well as how wonderful you look. This is where I come in, from informal reportage photography to classic family shots I will create images that will allow you to hold onto your memories forever.
“Allan made us feel at peace and excited from the moment we met. On the day, he was fun and professional and had a great eye for getting shots we never dreamed of. His eye for putting together an album which tells the story of the day is stunning” - Heidi & Craig
Here's a step by step guide to our process ...
First Meeting (Prior to booking)
I want you to be happy, this is your day and if you feel that you haven’t chosen the right person to capture it then you are not going to be able to relax. This I why I meet with every couple before I take a booking. This is for us to get to know each other a little bit; we can talk about your plans and we can discuss exactly what wedding package suits you best.
You want a photographer that knows it’s all about the dress but also knows that every little detail counts. From the cars to the canapés, from the flowers to the favours you need to be safe in the knowledge that your photographer appreciates the time, effort and love you have put into making your day unique.
Engagement shoot
Once you have booked Hot Coffee Photography for your wedding we will arrange some time in the diary to do your engagement shoot. This is usually about 8 weeks before the wedding.
This is your chance to get comfortable on front of the camera in a 45 minute portrait shoot session which we will do either at home, a local beauty spot or even at your venue. After the shoot you will get a complementary 10x8 print and you will get to choose which image we're going to use for your wedding guests to sign on the day.
Pre Wedding Meeting
This is when we finalise the details of the big day and it gives us the opportunity to meet at the venue and get a feel for what shots will work the best. We can also discuss the order of service, essential family shots, the dress, the flowers and anything else that you feel is going to be important on the day.
The Day itself
“Allan supported us throughout the day and removed any concerns we may have had about whether the right photos were being taken or if any of those special moments were going to be missed forever. We could not have asked for more!” - Steve & Emily
I only ever do one wedding per day and on this day it’s yours. You can be assured of my full attention at all times. This day is All About You and I will be there to capture the fun and laughter of the day as well as the magical moments. All you need to do is enjoy your day with your family and friends and leave everything else to me
